Return, replacement and reclamation policy
Direct any questions concerning reclamation or returning of purchased goods to our e-mail info@loktushe.cz. We will inform you of any goods received for returning or reclamation and about the status of the reclamation/return process by e-mail.

1. Replacement policy
Order can be replaced based on costumer request (incorrect size, color etc.)
Goods for replacement have to be unused, undamaged, unwashed and in their original packaging and have to be replaced within 14 days after purchasing.
Signs of a used product are: missing or cut off tag, tears or marks on the product (deodorant or make-up stains, cigarette of perfume smell, animal fur etc.).
Products for replacement can be sent to the workshop address (Loktu She, družstvo, Dr. Milady Horákové 185/66, 460 07 Liberec, Czech Republic). Please include a note saying what product are you sending and what should it be replaced with. Do not forget to include contact information with your phone contact and a copy of the original invoice. Products can be replaced only with a product that is in our stock. Before sending your order for replacement, please check that the item you want to replace it with is available in our e-shop.
If the replacement item value is higher than the original price, you will be sent an additional invoice. If the replacement value is lower than the original price – include your bank account number with the replacement so we can send you the overpayment.
Any shipping costs for product replacement are paid for by the customer. Do not send items for replacement with “cash on delivery” method.

2. Return policy (purchase contract withdrawal)
In case you want to return your product(s), send them to our workshop address (Loktu She, družstvo, Dr. Milady Horákové 185/66, 460 07 Liberec, Czech Republic). Any products can be returned within 14 days after the purchase. Please include a note saying which products are you returning, your contact information and include a copy of the original invoice. As soon as we receive and process your package, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Do not send returned goods with “cash on delivery”! 3. Reclamation policy
Purchased products can be reclaimed by:
- E-mail: info@loktushe.cz, where we will specify further course of action. In case of e-mail reclamation, we highly suggest you include a photo documentation of the product.
- Reclaimed product can be sent directly to our workshop address Loktu She, družstvo, Dr. Milady Horákové 185/66, 460 07 Liberec, Czech Republic. For correct processing please include a note stating the product fault(s) or reasons for reclaiming. Don’t forget to include a copy of the original invoice. Reclamation process cannot be finalized without these documents. We will inform you of any received package. Do not send products for reclamation with “cash on delivery”!
